The VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS I TAKE DAILY

In my reading on health and nutrition I have developed a list of vitamins, herbs and supplements that I take. BUT IT IS STILL MORE IMPORTANT TO EAT A very varied HIGH raw VEGETABLE, fruit, and RAW NUT AND SEED diet to get optimal nutrition from food. You want to eat all different colored fruits and veg as the vitamins tent to vary by item. Example: Brazil nuts are very high in selenium---3 a day can give your selenium RDA. Walnuts and flax are high in Omega-3s.

o A multi-vitamin,
o Flax oil pill,
o Turmeric (curcumin) herb pill,
o Vitamin D 2000 IU,
o B-12 with Folic Acid,
o Silymarin Milk Thistle (to detox),
o Spirulina pill,
o Grape Seed Extract (GSE),
o CoQ10

o Fish Oil (DHA), and
o Green Powder (1 tbspn) with like 30 ingredients mixed in 6 oz. of grape juice in the AM
