Paleolithic diet is still correct in 21st Century

The Paleolithic diet is what humans should be eating. We have not morphed as quickly as our diet has in the last 10,000 years.

I think our forefathers ate raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, berries, eggs, small fish and some insects. We did not eat grains and milk, nor did we catch and kill large animals and eat them.

Grains were only introduced about 10,000 years ago in the Neolithic period. However, it seems too much wheat is being consumed--especially refined wheat, which is devoid of vitamins and minerals and then cooked (baked). Anyway you can't eat raw flour.

The other over consumed thing that bugs me is DAIRY. Too many people in the US basically live on wheat and dairy. Well, 10,000 years ago no one drank cow milk or milk of any species OTHER THAN THEIR OWN.

Cow milk is not correct for humans---it is for baby cows to grow into 400 pound beasts.

It amazes me how many diseases can be prevented, cured or remdiated by a diet with no wheat and dairy---referred to as the gluten free / casein free (GF/CF) diet. From what I have read these diseases include for instance celiac, MS, Autism, ADD, ADHD, ALS, Parkinson's, and diabetes.
